This is a relatively short and easy trip. The Everest panorama trek offers incredible views of Everest and neighbouring summits, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Lhotse Shar, Island Peak and Lobuche. As well as the mountains, you will see the sherpa culture and lifestyle and how the local people surivive in such a remote setting.

With a short flight from Kathmandu, the trip starts along the rugged trails and alpine forests, gradually leading to Phakding. Continuing along the river valley the trail winds into the Sagarmatha national park and up to Namche Bazaar. This is known as the Sherpa hub of the Khumbu region, a busy settlement and gateway to Khumbu. On the day hike on the acclimatisation day from Namche Bazaar, you will see ancient Monasteries, Chhortens and Mani walls. The day hike to the Everest view hotel rewards you with a breathtaking view of the mountain range. Mt. Kwangde, Tawache, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Kategna and Thamserku are gigantic peaks laid out in front of you. The trip to Tengboche leads through lush forests, following the river. The Tengboche Monastery is a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site, where thousands of Buddhist devotees pay their homage. The trek ends at Lukla after descending all the way from Tengboche.

If you are looking to explore the Everest region in a short time, The Everest view trek is perfect. It is rewarding both naturally and culturally.
