Overview

The Trisuli River Rafting is the most liked water fun in Nepal. It is graded as class 3 according to its level of difficulty. The rafting in the Trishuli River offers wonderful sceneries, thrilling rapids and the hilly landscape. The rafting destination of the Trishuli River, Charaudi, is located near from the Kathmandu, just about three hours by the ground transportation. One of the features of this rafting is that you can drive further to Pokhara or Chitwan National Park as the rafting finishes.

There are various features of the Trishuli River Rafting package. The different levels of rapids make the River journey exciting. It is also popular for the beginner rafters before rafting to the technical Rivers like Bhote Koshi. The rapids in the Trishuli River are Snail's nose, Teendevi, Malekhu rapid, Monkey rapid, and Upset, Surprise, Monsoon, Cotton Pony, Ladies Delight, S-Bend, Highway, Monsoon and Pinball Rapid. Spring and autumn are the best seasons to raft in the Trishuli River. However, if you would like to enjoy the extra adventure, you can select monsoon. The forests, rice fields and settlements by the riverside can be seen during the trip. In the 2 days rafting package, you can enjoy the overnight stay at the beach in the tented camp. For more enjoyment, we can arrange your camp fire the barbeque. Ending the River trip on the second day you can drive further to your destination.

After the 3 hours drive from Kathmandu, the rafting starting point- Charaudi arrives. It begins right after some orientation by the River guides. A day rafting ends at Kurintar in about 3 pm. The Namaste Treks Company offers both a day and multi day Trishuli River rafting packages. The company provides the needed rafting equipments as helmets, plastic paddles, wetsuits, life jackets, and first aid kit.
